Coffee @ the Commons In-Person
The Learning Commons is excited to announce a new monthly event, Coffee Cafe. This event will take place the second Monday of each month, beginning in September from 8:00-10:00. Stop by the Learning Commons and enjoy a hot cup, or 2, of coffee, hot tea, or hot chocolate. This is a great opportunity to meet other students, get to know the KCKCC staff and faculty, and even people from our surrounding community. This event is free. Feel free to bring your own mug or we can provide one for you. This event will take place on the main level of the Learning Commons in the Campfire area as well as the entryway where the couch is located.

Dottie Hill holds a B.A. in English Literature, B.S. in Elementary Education and a Master of Arts in Education. She has worked for KCKCC since 2013 after 7 years teaching middle school. She manages The Morgue, a mortuary science database unique to KCKCC, assists students and processes library materials. She cohosts the monthly Death Cafe, Makerspace events, and manages the Learning Commons social media pages. Feel free to stop by or call if you need help locating specific items.
